Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

WAVES IN SPACE, UNIPESSOAL, LDA (The Tantric Flow) is the controller of personal data collected through thetantricflow.com and our contact channels.

2. What we process and why

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with other companies for their marketing. We only use providers needed to run the site and the services you asked for.

  • Bookings and enquiries (WhatsApp, phone or email) — name, contact details and message content, to reply and book a session. Basis: pre-contractual steps / contract. Retention: for as long as the relationship requires and, for tax duties, the legal period.
  • Newsletter — email, language and consent date, to send news and offers. Basis: consent (unticked box). Retention: until you withdraw consent.
  • Cookie preference — your choice in the browser. Basis: legitimate interest in respecting that choice and the duty to demonstrate consent.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads — usage data and online identifiers, only if you accept analytics cookies. Basis: consent.
  • Hosting (Wix) — technical data needed to serve the site. Basis: legitimate interest / contract with the host.

There is no contact form on the site. We do not take card payments online.

3. Recipients

  • Wix — hosting, CMS and the newsletter list.
  • Google — Analytics and Ads, only with your consent in the cookie panel.
  • WhatsApp / Meta — only if you contact us on WhatsApp; Meta also processes that conversation.

We do not give your email list or data to third parties for their marketing.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Wix may process data in Israel (an adequate country under an EU Commission decision) and elsewhere. Google and Meta (WhatsApp) may process data in the United States, under standard contractual clauses and the safeguards in their processing terms. We send only what each service needs.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

6. Cookies

Necessary cookies stay on. Google Analytics and Google Ads load only with your consent. See the Cookie Policy and change your choice via Cookie preferences in the footer.

7. Health data

We do not collect health data on the site. If, before a session, you tell staff you are pregnant or have a medical condition, we use that only to decide whether the session can go ahead safely. This is not medical advice.

The current version of this policy is the one published on this site.
