Terms and Conditions

1. Identification

thetantricflow.com and The Tantric Flow services are provided by WAVES IN SPACE, UNIPESSOAL, LDA, registered office Rua Professor Mira Fernandes LOTE 4B, 1900-385 Lisbon, Portugal, NIPC 518702383, email hello@thetantricflow.com.

2. Age

The site and sessions are for people aged 18 or over only.

3. Use of the site

Access is for personal use. Copying, reproducing or commercially exploiting content without written permission is prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos and design belong to WAVES IN SPACE, UNIPESSOAL, LDA unless stated otherwise, and are protected by Portuguese law.

5. Services and bookings

Bookings are made by WhatsApp or phone. Prices are those shown on the site when you book. Sessions are those described on the site and in the confirmation. Affiliated therapists deliver the session in our space.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel or change at least 1 hour in advance. Later notice may mean losing the session, as agreed when you booked.

7. Health and safety

If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or anything that may contraindicate the session, tell the team beforehand. We may refuse or stop a session for safety. Sessions are not medical advice.

8. Code of conduct

We do not offer services beyond the professional sessions described. Inappropriate conduct ends the session immediately, with no refund, and may block future bookings.

9. Complaints book

The official complaints book (physical and electronic) will be available at the premises as required by law. Until then, complain by email or WhatsApp.

11. External links

Links to third-party sites (WhatsApp, Instagram, maps) are those services’ responsibility.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer in the EU, nothing here limits the rights the law gives you, including bringing a claim in the courts of your home country.
